Description
I’m currently developing a realistic, low-poly FPS-style Roblox game and I’m looking for an experienced animator to help build a smooth, responsive animated movement and combat system. You’ll be responsible for creating core movement animations (idle, walk, run, sprint), crouch and prone animations, weapon idles, reload animations, etc. The goal is something tactical but still optimized and clean for Roblox.
I'm friendly, open to ideas, and easy to work with. I value collaboration and want the animations to feel polished and cohesive with the gameplay systems I’m building. We’ll be testing and refining timing, blending, and responsiveness together to make everything feel smooth ingame.
What I’m looking for:
• Prior experience animating on Roblox
• Experience with FPS or combat-style animations (preferred)
• Understanding of animation blending and priorities
• Basic knowledge of implementing/exporting animations properly
• Good communication and reliability
